As-directed hire reserves a chauffeur and vehicle for an agreed period rather than for one fixed point-to-point transfer. The chauffeur remains available for multiple stops, waiting periods and onward journeys during the confirmed booking time
The hire normally begins at the confirmed collection time and continues until the final drop-off or the end of the booked period. The exact charging basis, minimum duration and any garage-to-garage requirements will be shown in your Luxeline quotation or booking terms.
Reasonable changes can usually be considered during the hire, subject to the remaining booked time, route, vehicle suitability, chauffeur working limits and any later confirmed commitments. Additional time or mileage may affect the final price.
The chauffeur’s availability during the agreed hire period is included as stated in your quotation. Included mileage and the treatment of parking, tolls, congestion charges, airport fees, overtime and additional distance will be clearly identified before confirmation.
Provide the collection address, required start time, estimated duration, passenger and luggage details, known destinations, important appointment times and intended final drop-off. An approximate itinerary is still useful when the schedule is expected to remain flexible.
